How to get rid of the double chin we all think we have (but probably don’t!)


It’s a 3 step process:

•Straighten your shoulders

•Stretch your neck forward like a turtle (yes!)

•Tilt your chin down just slightly

The more uncomfortable it feels, the better it’s working! What this does is elongate the neck lines, and stretch the neck muscles, pulling in the bit under your chin. You’ll hear me shout ‘Turtle Neck!’ and then you know ;)
